Consultation
The By-Tech team provides a wide range of services from concept to design, manufacture, installation and maintenance. Our extensive experience incorporates the relocation of existing plant, including equipment, machinery and services.
Design and Drafting
Our mechanical drafting team has extensive experience in plant layout, industrial equipment design and the latest manufacturing practices. They are proficient in both AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D modelling and design.
We also have close affiliations with process, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural engineers to provide specialist services should they be required within the scope of works.
Fabrication & Machining
We have a fully equipped Machine Shop including Centre Lathe, Milling Machine, Surface Grinder, Drill Press, Precision Assembly Bench and Instrumentation. Our machinists are experienced tradesmen with an eye for detail.
Our fabrication workshop is suitably equipped and resourced with tradespeople that have relevant qualifications and experience in the following trades: Boilermaker, Sheet Metal Worker, Welder, Fitter and Electrician.
Installation
We have a fully equipped 20-ft container that we send to site for all our major projects. Our installation crew is highly experienced, self -sufficient and well equipped with all the necessary hand and power tools and equipment required to complete site installations in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintenance
Our service and maintenance team provides general service, repair and maintenance support as well as equipment refurbishment.
We are also supply maintenance fitters and electricians for shift cover and shutdown work.
Relocation
We have extensive experience in equipment relocation, whether it’s for a single piece of equipment being moved from one side of your factory to another or the relocation of the entire facility. We can do everything from electrical disconnections to services, disassembly, packing and crating, loading, transportation, installation and re-commissioning.
